Brittany has lived in the Indianapolis area since 2005. She graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Minor in International Studies. Brittany started her career in real estate in 2013 after leaving the airline industry. She enjoys water sports, boating, and exploring both local and National parks with her son and husband.
Catherine spent most of her life in California where she was a police officer for 10 years. After taking some time off to be with her children, she spent the next 14 years managing a pediatric dental office. In 2013, she moved to Chicago to be near her oldest daughter and two grandchildren. Catherine relocated to the Indianapolis area and joined the James Embry Team as a Buyer Agent. After a few years of working on the sales side, she has now transitioned to the team Transaction Coordinator. In her free time, Catherine enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband, family, and retired racing Greyhounds.
James has lived in Indiana his whole life. He chose real estate after a short Engineering career in the automotive industry. He has chosen real estate not only as a profession but is an active real estate investor as well. In his free time he enjoys watching and helping his two children grow up while spending as much time as possible with his wife. He is also a true car enthusiast.
Kyle is a retired career firefighter with the Oak Park Fire Department (Chicago). He was a lead instructor at the Southern Kane County Fire Academy and was a member of the Holmatro Safety Team (ChampCar). After serving for more than 20 years in the fire service he and his wife have moved back to Indiana to be near their families. Duty, Pride, Honor, and Respect are values that carry over into his career as a full-time realtor on the James Embry Team.
Sam is a lifelong Hoosier, calling Lebanon home for most of her life. She graduated from Lebanon High School, where she played soccer all 4 years. She and her fiancé currently still reside in Lebanon with their fur baby, Turbo. During her free time, you can find Sam traveling to drag strips to support her fiancé’s racing, hanging out with friends, going to soccer games, and enjoying the outdoors with her dog. She’s so excited to see what real estate has in store for her!
Steve Rupp was born and raised on the north side of Indianapolis and grew up in real estate as his father Jack began selling real estate in 1972. Shortly thereafter, Jack started a company called CENTURY 21 Realty Group I, which quickly became the #1 CENTURY 21 franchise in the world! Steve graduated from Xavier University with an Entrepreneurial Studies degree and has experience in banking, marketing, and sales before joining his father in 1999. They worked together for 5 years before Jack retired and Steve took over the business. Since then, Steve built the business into one of the top-performing teams in the city consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents out of over 10,000! He was named REALTOR of The Year in 2020 and has earned 18 residential real estate designations/certifications - more than anyone else in the world! Steve serves on MIBOR’s Professional Standards committee, is a graduate of The Real Estate Academy of Leadership, and served the Westfield Chamber of Commerce as a board member for the past 9 years and Chairman of The Board of Directors in 2023. Steve is a 6x winner of the Angie’s List Super Service Award and 12x winner of Indianapolis Monthly 5-Star Real Estate Agent. Steve has been married to his wife Brigid since 2003 and they have two daughters, Anastasia who attends IU Kelly School of Business, and Natalia who is a freshman at Westfield High School and cheers competitively for Westfield and ICE All-Stars. When not spending time with his children, Steve enjoys working out, playing pickleball, and traveling to Europe with Brigid.
